Min-spiration: Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Perhaps the most iconic moment in cinematic fashion.

Let’s talk about Holly Golightly’s stuff. Because guess what? She’s a minimalist.

1. The Little Black Dress

Holly spends most of the film wearing Little Black Dresses, especially this classic Givenchy. Simple and chic. Shows the power of good design.

2. The Bathtub Sofa

The bathtub. Simple and seemingly unstylish right? The ornate tub legs do help, but it’s the colourful pillows that yield comfort.

3. The Breakfast at Tiffany’s Bit

Holly dines on coffee-and-croissant, gazing at jewels behind locked doors. She’s redefining luxury, and makes takeaway containers look tasteful.

4. The Cracker Jack Ring

Holly’s present from Tiffany’s is not a diamond, but something more personal. A Tiffany-engraved Cracker Jack Ring. How marvellous!

5. The Cat

Her cat is called Cat.
