^ mmm cookies

last year i made an assortment of christmas cookies to give as gifts. it was so much fun that i turned it into an annual tradition. this year’s box includes:

* triple chocolate peppermint cookies, my own variation of a recipe in 500 cookies

* traditional christmas sugar cookies from the mrs. fields cookie book (been using this recipe for years!)

* dairy free shortbread from 500 cookies

* vegan florentines from oh she glows

what are your favourite christmas cookies? does anyone else make cookie boxes? (if not, you totally should).
